RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Regulations on procedure for realization of the Kyrgyz Republic of the privilege of purchase of strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Cabinet of Ministers

According to article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for realization of the Kyrgyz Republic of the privilege of purchase of strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Cabinet of Ministers according to appendix.

2. To the state agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to create in a month and in accordance with the established procedure to approve staff of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of realization of the Kyrgyz Republic of the privilege of purchase of strategic objects by the Cabinet of Ministers (further - the Interdepartmental commission).

3. Determine working body of the Interdepartmental commission the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and finance of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
