1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the State inventory of tourist resources of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).
2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to provide to committee on tourism development accomplishment of this Procedure.
3. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- of May 4, 2000 No. 199 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inventory of tourist resources of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- of November 9, 2000 No. 460 "About approval of the State inventory of tourist resources of the Republic of Tajikistan".
