1) the application of resident of the special economic zone is submitted in customs authority which according to regulatory legal acts in the field of customs affairs is given authority on making of customs transactions in case of customs clearance and customs control of goods according to customs regime of free customs zone, in terms, stipulated in Item the 11th article 37 of the Federal Law of July 22, 2005 N116-FZ "About Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation", in duplicate;

2) the fact of filing of application of resident of the special economic zone is fixed in day of its obtaining by customs authority, and at the request of the resident of the SEZ which gave it, the customs authority without delay issues the written confirmation about receipt of such statement;
