Approve Regulations on activities of the commission on legalization of assets, samples of forms of the declaration and statements, the list of the documents submitted for legalization of real estate, sample of the certificate on legalization of assets, forms of the register of legalized assets (appendices 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).

2. To chairmen of the cities, areas and districts of the city of Dushanbe to create the commissions on legalization of assets in the cities, areas and districts of the city of Dushanbe, to take all necessary measures for their effective work according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About amnesty in connection with legalization of assets and money of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" and this resolution and to provide informing citizens in the subordinated territories about terms, procedure and benefits of legalization of assets.
