About some questions of republican state legal entities and modification and amendments in the Orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 21, 1998 No. 368 "About the Republican onomastichesky commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of September 23, 2014 No. 1003 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename republican state legal entities according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Determine Committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the renamed republican state legal entities.

3. To committee of culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 21, 1998 No. 368 "About the Republican onomastichesky commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
