About modification of the Procedure for calculation of pensions to persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for calculation of pensions to persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 1210 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 "About increase in level of social protection of citizens who suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 92, of Art. 3343; 2017, No. 94, the Art. 2841), changes which are applied.
2. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine carrying out recalculation of pensions to persons which suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, appointed before entry into force of this resolution, on materials of pension cases.
