About modification of the Procedure of training of the population in actions in emergency situations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure of training of the population in actions in emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2013 No. 444 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 50, Art. 1788; 2020, No. 22, the Art. 809), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure of training of the population in actions in emergency situations

1. The fifth Item 5 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"training during receipt of appropriate level of education in organizations of education;".

2. In Item 12 of the word of "educational process" shall be replaced with words "educational process".

3. In Item 20:

1) in the paragraph the second words of "the students studying on educational qualification level of the bachelor" shall be replaced with words "job seekers of the higher education at the first (baccalaureate) level";

2) word in paragraph three of "the students studying on educational qualification level of the specialist or master" shall be replaced with words "job seekers of the higher education at the second (master) level".

4. In Item 21:

Word in paragraph one of "general education and professional educational institutions" shall be replaced with words 1) "organizations of general secondary education";
