About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts concerning road transportation of dangerous goods

According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG)", article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", to Items 11 and 13 of part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", to Item 68 of the Actions plan on strategy implementation of reforming of the public administration of Ukraine for 2019-2021 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 474-r for the purpose of optimization of the procedure of safety of transportation of dangerous goods by road transport I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning road transportation of dangerous goods which is applied.

2. To provide to management of public safety, counteraction of crime and providing law and order (B.'s Lizogub) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
