About change of the Order of the Main state tax authorities of the Republic of Moldova No. 982/2012
According to provisions of h (10) and for the purpose of ensuring execution of h (2) Art. 226 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. 132-3 of the Tax code:
1. Appendices No. 1, 2 and 3 to the Order GGNI No. 982/2012 on approval of forms of the documents used in AIS SOED (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012 No. 212-215, of the Art. 1218), with subsequent changes, to change and state in edition according to appendices No. 1, 2 and 3 to this order.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
