About approval of Changes in Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement and effective use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 17, 2015 No. 615 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. To banks of Ukraine till November 1, 2021 to bring general credit agreements into accord with Changes by the conclusion of additional agreements to them. The loans which were granted from the moment of the conclusion of general credit agreements before entry into force of Changes to consider given taking into account Changes, from the moment of their entering into general credit agreements.

3. To provide to banks of Ukraine till June 15, 2022:

1) opening of the account in securities of the owner (depositor) in the National Bank of Ukraine (provided that such account was not opened earlier) performing depository activity of depository institution;
