the subitem "b" of Item of 10 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with abolition of Federal Service for Defence Contracts, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2014 No. 1489 "About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with abolition of Federal Service for Defence Contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 279);

the subitem "an" of Item of 10 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 18, 2018 No. 17 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 4, the Art. 634);

This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022, except for paragraphs two and the sixth Item 2 of this resolution, the paragraph of the fourth subitem "b" of Item 1, of paragraphs of the third and sixth subitem "a", the paragraph of the tenth subitem "v" of Item 2, of Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2011 No. 861 "About the federal state information systems providing electronic submission of the state and municipal services (implementation of functions)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 44, Art. 6274; 2014, No. 50, Art. 7113; 2017, No. 20, Art. 2913; No. 44, Art. 6523; 2018, No. 8, Art. 1215; No. 25, Art. 3696; No. 40, Art. 6142; 2021, No. 3, Art. 562; No. 15, Art. 2589):

a) third Item 2 to add the paragraph with the words "and the functional customer of creation, operation and development of subsystem " the unified register of accounting of licenses " of the federal register, the operator of the specified subsystem";

To provide to the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation in real time placement of the licenses of public data containing in the unified register of accounting on the official site of the unified register of accounting of licenses on the Internet.";

c) in the Regulations on the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" approved by the specified resolution:
