About approval of Distribution of functions and powers between authorized body in the field of environmental protection and territorial subdivisions

According to Item 2 of article 27 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Distribution of objects of ecological assessment, the state environmental assessment between authorized body in the field of environmental protection, its structural and territorial subdivisions, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Distribution of objects of ecological permissions between authorized body in the field of environmental protection, its structural and territorial subdivisions, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid some orders of the Minister of environmental protection, power and ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
