About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In the Regulations on representatives for intellectual property (patent agents) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1994 No. 545 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, Art. 278; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 35, Art. 95; 2019, No. 90, Art. 3000):
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the text of the Provision of the word "Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry" in all cases "The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Affairs" in the corresponding case;
2) in appendices to the Provision:
in appendix of 1 word to "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry" shall be replaced with words "To the first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - to the Minister of Economic Affairs";
in appendices 2 and 3 of the word "Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry" and "Ministry of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry of Ukraine" in all cases to replace respectively with the words "The First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine — the Minister of Economic Affairs of Ukraine" and "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case.
