About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of October 17, 2019 No. 208-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legislation in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste", except the paragraph of the third subitem 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of publication of this resolution.

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 1996 No. 480 "Some questions of the treatment of radioactive waste" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 2009 No. 323 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009 No. 26, the Art. 872) and of August 22, 2012 No. 788 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 64, the Art. 2620), the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the state register of radioactive waste approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The state register of radioactive waste (further - the register of Russian joint stock company) - consecutive current record about education, physical and chemical structure, amounts, properties, and also transportation, storage and burial of radioactive waste (further - Russian joint stock company).";
