For the purpose of non-admission of outbreaks of the infectious diseases and mass food poisonings connected with the objects performing production and turnover of food products, ensuring food safety and epizootic wellbeing according to article 61 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic" articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of December 17, 2018 No. 586 the following change:
- add Item 1 with subitems 11 and 12 of the following content:
"11) concerning compliance with law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of veterinary science and phytosanitation, requirements of technical regulations and other regulatory legal acts in the field of veterinary and phytosanitary safety;
12) concerning observance of requirements of technical regulations and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of food safety on the objects performing production and turnover of food products.".
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since September 15, 2021.
