About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank concerning the cash address

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements to the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values, the organizations of cash work of banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in:

1) the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (with changes) which are applied;

2) the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 25, 2018 No. 103 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To banks and legal entities who obtained the license for provision to banks of services in collection, within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the internal documents into accord with its requirements.

3. To department of currency circulation (Victor Zayvenko) after official publication to inform banks and the legal entities who obtained the license for provision to banks of services in collection, information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine

1. In the Section I:

 The paragraph the fourth Item 1 to add 1) with words "(further - legal entities)";

"Clients of currency values" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 2 of the word "clients of currency and other values (further - values)";

3) in Item 3 of the word "implementation of collection of money and transportation of currency values" shall be replaced with words "rendering services in collection";

4) in item 4:

in subitem 2 of the word of "operational cars", "actions" to replace respectively with words of "operational motor transport", "work", "currency" in all cases to exclude the word;

in subitem 3 of the word "on collection of means and transportation of currency values" shall be replaced with words "on provision of services on collection";

exclude subitem 5;

in subitem 6 "currency" to exclude the word;

to add Item after subitem 6 with new subitem 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) electronic official ID - the certificate which is created in electronic form with the qualified digital signature of the authorized person and/or qualified electronic seal and give opportunity to carry out identification and verification of the identity of the employee of division of collection;";

in subitem 7 "currency" to exclude the word;

state subitem 9 in the following edition:

"9) collection of money (further - collection) - obtaining by collectors according to the agreements of values signed with clients from clients and their delivery in cash desks of bank or in cash desk of the collector company performing processing and storage of cash, or receipt of values from divisions of bank. Collection provides gradual accumulating of values on collection route;";

in subitem 10 the word "person" shall be replaced with words "official", words of "means", "currency" to exclude;

in subitem 11 the word "person" shall be replaced with words "official";

in the first offer of Item 12 "currency" to exclude the word;

third subitem 12-1 to add the paragraph with words ", doubtful, counterfeit banknotes and souvenirs;";

in the first offer of subitem 13 "currency" to exclude the word;
