1. Approve Changes in the Rules of the market approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 307 (further - Rules of the market) which are attached.
2. To the legal relationship which arose in connection with compensation by the producers performing sale on "green" rate or at the auction price which is not released in 2019 and 2020 of electrical energy in case of execution of the command of the dispatcher on reduction of loading, apply regulations of Rules of the market with the changes made by the resolution of NKREKP of November 11, 2020 No. 2084.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its promulgation on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities except Item 3.2 of Chapter 3 of appendix 9 to the Rules of the market approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2021.
