In paragraph one of the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Procedure for the imposing of penalties for offenses in the field of town-planning activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1995 No. 244 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 7, Art. 164; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 16, Art. 592; 2013, No. 81, Art. 3003; 2015, No. 79, the Art. 2644) to replace the word "Gosarkhstroyinspektsiy" with the word "DIAM".

According to the procedure of introduction of payment for issue of the certificate which is issued in case of acceptance in operation finished by asset construction, and its size approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 461 "Questions of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 32, Art. 1359; 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401):
"After decision making about its issue" to exclude 1) in Item 2 of the word;
Item 5 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The document or information (payment details) on introduction of payment moves the customer (its authorized person) together with the statement for acceptance in operation of object and issue of the certificate.";
