For the purpose of implementation of consecutive measures for support of the most vulnerable categories of persons which reached the corresponding age and have long insurance years of service, and additional social protection of women in the conditions of raising the retirement age the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.02.2023 No. 168

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.02.2023 No. 168

3. Determine that to women who were born in the period from January 1, 1962 to December 31, 1962 to the old-age pension estimated according to article 27 of the Law monthly increase in the amount of 9 percent of the specified pension provided that before they were not granted any pension is established.

The monthly increase provided by this Item is established within the maximum size of pension determined by the Law.

4. The payments determined by Items 1 - 3 presents of the resolution, are financed by the means of the government budget provided according to the program 2506080 "Financial provision of pension payment, allowances and increases to the pensions granted according to pension plans and deficit of means of the Pension fund".

5.
