About modification of the Regulations on licensing of production of surveying works

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of production of surveying works approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2020 No. 1467 "About licensing of production of surveying works" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, the Art. 6047).

2. The conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the annual plan for 2022 scheduled inspections within federal licensed control of production of surveying works which start date comes after February 28, 2022 is subject to the organization and carrying out within federal state licensed control (supervision) of production of surveying works according to the changes approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
