About approval of the Concept of the Information system "Register of the State Information Resources and Systems" and Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Register of the state information resources and systems

Based on part (1) article 7 of the Law No. 71/2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, and Item d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Found the Register of the state information resources and systems created by the Information system "Register of the State Information Resources and Systems".

2. Approve:

1) the Concept of the Information system "Register of the State Information Resources and Systems", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Register of the state information resources and systems, according to appendix No. 2.

3. Appoint public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" as the owner and the holder of the Information system "Register of the State Information Resources and Systems".

4. To owners and holders of the state information resources and systems:

To register 1) by means of the Information system "Register of the State Information Resources and Systems" the state information resources and systems existing on the date of entry into force of this resolution;

2) to provide coordination by means of the Information system "Register of the State Information Resources and Systems" of intentions on creation of the state information resources and systems and concepts of future state information resources and systems;

3) to register future information resources and systems prior to their creation or implementation;
