About approval of Standard documentation for implementation of public procurements of goods and services
For the purpose of ensuring application of unique methodology concerning procedures of public procurements of goods and services according to Art. 50 of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements (it is reprinted in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 424-429, Article 666) I ORDER:
1. Approve Standard documentation for implementation of public procurements of goods and services according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the buying bodies to initiate and carry out procedures of public procurements of goods and services according to Standard documentation for implementation of public procurements of goods and services.
3. Cancel some regulations according to appendix No. 2.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
