About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. In heading and Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 27, 2012 No. 1925 "About approval of the Regulations on consolidation of professional participants of the stock market", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2013 for No. 182/22714, "stock market" in all cases shall be replaced with words "capital markets" in the corresponding cases.
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market which are attached.
3. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 25, 2020 No. 319 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for certification of specialists in questions of the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2020 for No. 868/35151, the following changes:
in heading and Item 1 of the word "stock market" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the capital markets and the organized goods markets" in the corresponding cases;
in item 4 of the word and figures "on September 1, 2021" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on January 01, 2022";
in Item 5:
words and figures "on August 31, 2021" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on December 31, 2021";
