Due to the acceptance of new edition of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union on the basis of the 7th edition of the Harmonized commodity description and coding system of World Customs Organization, according to article 2.4 of the Interim agreement leading to formation of the free trade area between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the other hand, of May 17, 2018 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the inventory to which preferential rates of import customs duties according to the Provisional agreement leading to formation of the free trade area between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the other hand, of May 17, 2018 and the sizes of such rates, No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 22, 2019 10, the following changes are applied:

a) exclude line items according to appendix No. 1;

b) include line items according to appendix No. 2;

c) add with footnote with sign "*" the following content:
