Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, Art. 1693; 2020, No. 68, Art. 2190, No. 79, Art. 2559; 2021, No. 52, the Art. 3212, No. 63, the Art. 3976), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of the organization and holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy by bilateral agreements:

1) electric power producers - the state companies, and also economic societies which share of the state in the authorized capital constitutes 50 percent and more, economic societies in which authorized capital 50 percent and more shares (share, shares) belong to other economic societies which shareholder is the state and holds in them controlling stock, affiliated enterprises, representations and branches of such companies and societies, municipal unitary enterprises, legal entities in whose authorized capital of 50 percent and more stocks (shares) are owned by the utility company or territorial community, affiliated enterprises of such companies or legal entities;

2) others, than determined by the subitem of 1 this Item, electric power producers (except producers to which the "green" rate is established, and electric power producers who by results of auction acquired the right to support), - till April 1, 2022;
