About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2015 No. 85

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2015 No. 85 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-p "The report on production of industrial output (works, services)" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:

1.1. in the form of the state statistical reporting 12-p "The report on production of industrial output (works, services)", approved by this resolution:

to exclude from the detail "Address Part and Term of Representation" of the word "with use of the specialized software posted on the website http://www.belstat.gov.by";

in the name of the column B of table 2 of the Section II of the word "OKED (OKRB 005-2011)" shall be replaced with words "OKRB 005-2011";

to state the interlinear note "4" to columns 11-16 of table 3 of the Section III in the following edition:

"4 Columns 11-16 are filled in with the organization only in the report for December in the cases determined by Item 76 of Instructions by filling of this form.";

1.2. in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-p "The report on production of industrial output (works, services)", approved by this resolution:
