In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 1997 "About measures for the state support of personal subsidiary and Dehkan farms and strengthening of their role in food supply of the country" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on Fonda of support of personal subsidiary and Dehkan farms according to the appendix N1;
Procedure for accumulation and use of fund of support of personal subsidiary and Dehkan farms according to the appendix N2.
2. Agree with structure of executive office of Fund of support Dehkan and farms according to the appendix N3.
3. To khokimiyat of Tashkent to place executive office of Fund of support of personal subsidiary and Dehkan farms to the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa A. Kadyry, 5-a.
4. To provide to the Uzbek agency of mail and telecommunications Fund with means of communication, including governmental, according to the request.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Usmanova M. Z. and Mukhitdinova A. I.
