- "About approval of Regulations of activities of specialized financial institutions" of March 16, 2016 No. 12/4;

- "About approval of Regulations of activities of guarantee funds" of September 9, 2019 No. 2019-P-33/47-3-(NFKU);

- "About approval of Regulations of activities of the housing and savings credit companies" of November 1, 2019 No. 2019-P-33/55-2-(NFKU).

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
