For the purpose of investment attraction and creation of conditions for development of renewable energy resources, according to article 297 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of the specialized goods and the equipment intended for construction of power stations on the basis of use of the renewable energy resources which are subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the List), according to appendix.

2. Determine that the specialized goods and the equipment intended for construction of power stations on the basis of use of renewable energy resources, specified in the List are exempted from payment of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, on condition of confirmation in accordance with the established procedure by the authorized state body performing the state control and supervising functions on compliance with law in the field of power, their purpose.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
