About modification of some Orders of the Government

No. 230-237, 266) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 4/2007 about limiting approval of the number of staff and Regulations on the organization and functioning of Customs Service (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 3-5, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Formula of acceptance to state 1) in the following edition:

"Based on articles 6 and 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (4) article 5 of the Law No. 302/2017 on Customs Service (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government";

2) in appendix No. 3:

a) in all text of the word "CEO" in any case to replace with the word "director" in the corresponding case;

b) in paragraph seven of Item 8 of the word "central office of Customs Service and" to exclude, and to replace words of "territorial customs authorities" with the word of "customs";

c) to state paragraph two of Item 11 in the following edition:

"The number of staff and the staff list for central office of Customs Service affirm the Minister of Finance, and for customs - the director of Customs Service.".
