According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulations on regulation of implementation of depository activity in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on activities of depository institutions for storage of assets of institutional investors approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 20, 2013 No. 1106, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2013 for No. 1199/23731, which are applied.
2. In heading and Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 22, 2014 No. 47 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for ensuring existence of personalized securities in paperless form", the word "in paperless" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 6, 2014 for No. 241/25018, shall be replaced with words "in electronic".
