Some questions of the state financial support of projects (programs) of cross-border cooperation

According to part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About cross-border cooperation" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form the Interdepartmental commission on questions of support of cross-border cooperation in structure according to appendix.

2. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of projects (programs) for cross-border cooperation to which the state financial support can be provided;

Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of support of cross-border cooperation.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
