About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of development of procedure for assignment of qualification categories and pedagogical ranks to pedagogical workers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) in part eight of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (2014, Art. No. 37-38, 2004) the words "procedure for their assignment are determined" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the word "is determined";

2) part third of article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 38-39, of Art. 380; 2020, 31, the Art. 226) after the word "List" to add No. with the word of "corresponding";

3) in part seven of article 59 of the Law of Ukraine "About professional prehigher education" (2019, No. 30, the Art. 119) the words "procedure for their assignment are determined" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the word "is determined";

4) in the second offer of part two of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, of the Art. 226) of the word "List of Categories" shall be replaced with words "The list of qualification categories".
