About modification of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" concerning the organization of passenger traffic

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 32, Art. 273; 2014, 8, 88) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 7. Organization of passenger traffic by executive bodies and local government bodies

Providing the organization of passenger traffic is assigned:

on the city, suburban and long-distance bus routes public which are not going beyond the territory of one territorial community - on executive body of council which represents the interests of the corresponding territorial community;

on the long-distance and suburban bus routes public passing on the territory of two or more territorial communities also do not overstep the bounds of the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or area, - on Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or regional public administrations;

on the long-distance and suburban bus routes public which are going beyond the area territory (interregional routes), and the international bus routes public - on the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of transport;

on bus route public of through traffic Kiev - the international airport "Boryspil" - on the Kiev city public administration".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. The agreements on the organization of transportations of passengers on bus route public signed before entry into force of this Law are effective before the termination of effective period of such agreements.
