RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of purchase of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus

According to Item 3-1 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of purchases of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus with use of electronic purchasing system the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for carrying out purchases of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;

the list of the medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
