1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure of control over the implementation by licensees of the legislation on licensing, licensed requirements and conditions of implementation of activities in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation, including special licensed requirements and conditions (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for conducting examination of safety in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation (are applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 15.05.2025 No. 266

2.2. to exclude Item 3.21 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156,;
