Make changes to the Regulations on procedure of monitoring of justification of carrying out currency transactions by legal entities and physical persons approved by the resolution of the State Tax Committee, State Customs Committee and board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2013 No. No. 2013-7, 01-02/19-22 and 7/4 (рег. No. 2467 of June 12, 2013) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 24, the Art. 319), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

"In case of lack of personal office of business entity request is sent through network of objects of mail service with use of single national system of delivery, delivery confirmation, storage and accounting of correspondence sent by State bodies and the organizations and it is considered delivered in the established control terms".

2. State appendix No. 4 in edition according to appendix to these changes.

3. These changes are approved with the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty, Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
