About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About establishment of priority types of activity (sectors of economy) of investment projects" of October 26, 2018 No. 503

For the purpose of streamlining of application of the tariff privileges, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About establishment of priority types of activity (sectors of economy) of investment projects" of October 26, 2018 No. 503 the following changes:

To add 1) with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that the tariff privilege established by subitem 7.1.11 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, is applied in case of observance of the following conditions:

1) the investment project within which implementation processing equipment, spare parts to it, the raw materials and (or) materials included in the register of investment projects is imported;

2) raw materials and (or) materials correspond to the goods included in the register of investment projects, to code of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, quantity, and also other data specified in the register of investment projects;

3) processing equipment, spare parts to it, raw materials and (or) materials are imported on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic and are located under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;

4) processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it, raw materials and (or) materials as a part of finished goods, in case of completion of customs procedures of free customs zone and free warehouse, and also when placing under customs procedure of release for internal consumption.";
