According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation

I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of May 18, 2010 No. 376 "About approval of the Instruction about establishment (recovery) of borders of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) and their fixing with land marks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2010 for No. 391/17686 (with changes).

2. To provide to management of regulation of agrarian resources submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
