According to Articles 106, 107 Land codes of Ukraine, Articles 14, 55 Laws of Ukraine "About land management" and for the purpose of determination of procedure for establishment (recovery) of borders of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) and their fixing with land marks ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about establishment (recovery) of borders of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) and their fixing with land marks which is applied.
2. Determine that land marks which are established for the purpose of fixing of borders of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to the introduction in operation of this order, are valid and are subject to replacement only in case of the voluntary address of the owner (user) of the parcel of land.
3. To Goskomzem vice-chairman - to the Chairman of Public service of geodesy, cartography and inventory, the Chairman of Republican committee on land resources of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of Goskomzem in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, to the CEO - the head of technical programs of the GZK Center to provide steady accomplishment of this order.
