About modification of the Technical regulation of simple vessels of high pressure

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Technical regulation of simple vessels of high pressure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1025 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 130), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Technical regulation of simple vessels of high pressure

1. In item 4:

The subitem 3 after words "trademark" to add 1) with words "(sign for goods and services)";

Subitem 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5) the harmonized European standard - the European standard accepted on the basis of request of the European Commission for application of the European Union law on harmonization;";

3) the subitem 14 after the word "including" to add with the word "calibration".

2. State Item 37 in the following edition:

"37. The list of national standards for the purposes of application of this Technical regulation (further - the list of national standards) affirms and will be promulgated according to the law.

Compliance of vessels, in which the work of the maximum working pressure upon amount (the Republic of Belarus x V) exceeds 50 bars on 1 liter, or to their parts provides to standards from the list of national standards presumption of compliance of such vessels to the essential safety requirements determined in appendix 1, which are established by the following standards or their parts.".

3. In Item 52 of figure "52 - 60" to replace with figures "52-1 - 52-11".
