According to Item 10 parts one, to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 2 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for compensation by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of means for deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 9, 2012 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2012 for No. 1548/21860 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 823) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director to Rudukh N. E.
