1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the list) to which changes are made.

2. To provide to the border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Director of the Border service Dilmanov of Darkhan Aytkaliyevich.

4. To inform employees, military personnel and employees of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order.

5. This order becomes effective on the expiration of ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Item 3 of the list which becomes effective since March 13, 2020.
