In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2009 No. 1429 "About approval of the list of the investment projects having strategic importance for economic development of the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 9, Art. 438; 2012, No. 28, Art. 1051; 2020, No. 68, Art. 2190):
Item 5 to exclude 1);
2) in Item 10 in the column "Name of the Project" of the word "ensuring issue of capacity atomic and pumped storage power plants," to exclude.
2. The subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the energy supervision of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2018 No. 77 "Some questions of the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 18, Art. 610; 2020, No. 52, to the Art. 1628) to state in the following edition:
"4) is represented by NKREKP of the conclusion about priority of technical solutions for development of the systems of distribution provided by projects of investing programs of operators of systems of distribution, and also results of checks of implementation by participants of the market of electrical energy of reconstruction and upgrade of the energy equipment of power plants".
