Approve updated structure of central office and standard structure of territorial subdivisions of the State inspectorate for control in the field of informatization and telecommunications of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Uzkomnazorat) according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2 with the general number of staff of 198 units, including territorial subdivisions - 89 units.
2. Agree with offers of the Cabinet of Ministers, Service of state security and the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
about transfer SUE Center of Technical Assistance to Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having renamed it into SUE Center of Cyber Security, having kept the number of staff and the operating procedure for financing;
about creation of the Center of development of information technologies and information resources in the form of the state unitary enterprise (further - the Center) which founder is Uzkomnazorat.
3. Determine that according to the tasks assigned to it, the Center:
renders technical assistance in questions of operation of technical means, creation of websites, and also development and promotion of information portals and web resources;
