About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of National Bank I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. To provide to National Bank together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in six-months time reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since March 1, 2022;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320 "About approval of the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus":

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";

in the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:

state Items 7 and 8 in the following edition:

"7. The National Bank consists of central office and structural divisions of National Bank.

8. Structural divisions of National Bank are created and stop the activities (are abolished) for board decision of National Bank, and also perform the activities based on the provisions approved by Board of National Bank.";
