About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning activation of activities and development of scientific parks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About innovative activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 266; 2012, No. 19-20, of Art. 166; 2014, Art. No. 2-3, 41):

The paragraph of the sixth part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"the innovative project - the complex of the actions and procedures necessary for development, creation and realization of innovative product and (or) innovative products reflected in set of the documents constituted according to requirements of the legislation";

Part the fifth Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. The central executive body realizing state policy in the field of innovative activities for qualification of innovative projects will organize implementation of examination of taken cognizance projects. Examination during qualification of innovative projects is carried out according to the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical examination" at the expense of means of subjects of innovative activities which declare projects on state registration. In the cases determined by the legislation, examination can be performed at the expense of means of the Government budget of Ukraine or local budgets".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About scientific parks" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009 No. 51, Art. 757; 2012, No. 4, Art. 19; 2014, Art. No. 2-3, 41):

Article 1 - 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law terms are used in such value:

the partnership agreement with the scientific park - the contract between the scientific park and subjects of managing concerning conditions of participation of subjects of managing in the course of development and project implementation of the scientific park;
