1. Approve the Procedure for representation and document creation, appointment and payment of compensation to physical persons which provide social services in leaving without implementation of business activity on professional basis which is applied.
2. Bring in the Procedure for preparation and retraining of physical persons which provide social services in leaving without implementation of business activity, No. 430 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2020 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 46, the Art. 1472), changes which are applied.
3. Establish till December 31, 2023 transition period for persons who receive the monthly compensation payments appointed according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 1996 No. 832 "About increase in the sizes of government assistance to separate categories of citizens" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 15, the Art. 407), for appointment to such persons of compensation according to Procedure for giving and document creation, appointment and payment of compensation to physical persons which provide social services in leaving on nonprofessional basis, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2020 to No. 859 "Some questions of appointment and payment of compensation to physical persons which provide social services in leaving on nonprofessional basis" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 79, to the Art. 2531), or Procedure for representation and document creation, appointments and payments of compensation to physical persons which provide social services in leaving without implementation of business activity on professional basis, the approved this resolution.
