Bring in the Procedure for public financing of capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2018, No. 100, the Art. 3319), and the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for creation of modern clinical base for treatment of oncological diseases at National institute of cancer, No. 484 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 17, 2021 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 41, the Art. 2473), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764:
1) in the paragraph the thirty fifth words and figures "adjustment of the project documentation and completion of works on implementation of the state investment Project "Reconstruction and Expansion of National Institute of Cancer on Ulitsa Lomonosova, 33/43 in Goloseevsky District of Kiev" shall be replaced with words "creation of modern clinical base for treatment of oncological diseases at National institute of cancer";
