About approval of Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers)

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2016 No. 28 "About approval of Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers)";

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2020 No. 377 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2016 No. 28 "About approval of Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers)".

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers) (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 7 of article 386 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 2, 2021 (further – the Code), provide requirements for execution of expanded obligations of producers (importers) and determine procedure for their realization.
